Order a Duplicate CertificateDiplomates of the American Board of Addiction Medicine can order a duplicate board certificate for $50. Prior to providing duplicate board certificates, ABAM will verify that the Diplomate’s status is active and that he/she has a valid, current and unrestricted medical license(s), as well as compliance with the TraCC Part II Lifelong Learning and Self-Assessment requirements (Time-Limited Diplomates Only). Diplomates should allow 4 weeks for delivery of duplicate board certificates. Note: you will be redirected to the American College of Academic Addiction Medicine (ACAAM) website to order a certificate. ABAM account information is housed in the ACAAM management system. Users will be required to login to process a request. First-time users of the new platform will need to use the 'Reset Password' option to login.
